My Story:

Initially, political journalism interested me. I found myself reading stories on politics more frequently, especially during the 2024 presidential election. Reading about politics made me want to write about it, however, I began to enjoy local stories. While the political side of journalism still intrigues me, I feel it is important to showcase cheerful topics as well. It brings me a lot of joy to sit down and speak to someone who feels very passionately about what they do and how they spend their time, and then being able to share that with others. I am so grateful that journalism has given me a platform to do so.

My Goals:

Despite my love for happy stories, I want to be able to share information on harder-hitting subjects.
